Fixing Sinking Slabs

When it comes to taking care of sinking concrete slabs, we make use of a technique known as polyjacking. It is similar to mud or slabjacking, except it is not as messy and doesn't make use of a concrete mix. Instead, we use a polyurethane foaming material.

The process begins with us drilling tiny holes into the surface of the damaged slab. Next, the foaming material is inserted into the openings and it fills up the entire void beneath the surface. This will provide enough force to raise the concrete back into a level position. Afterward, the holes that were drilled into the surface will be filled in and patched over so they match with the surrounding concrete. The polyurethane foam will cure within about 15 minutes and it can be walked on or driven over like normal after that.
